Protecting your privacy at our site is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how xforumsx collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our site.

Information collected about our visitors:

We may use tools and software to track usage/visitor statistics and bandwidth in order improve our services at xforumsx. With these tools we are able to track:

The only other piece of information that our web servers may collect are the email adresses of those who sign up for our free forum services and those who register as normal users (within hosted forums). This data is for registrational purposes only and is also used for activating your forum or a user. We will never send you spam or try to sell you anything, all emails sent out will be strictly to do with our services at xforumsx.

Cookies: At this time xforumsx does not set any cookies. The only exception is within a hosted forum of which the software we use known as phpBB may set a cookie for a user if he/she ticks the box that says "Remember me" when logging in. This is related to the forum software. Users have complete control over this and can set their browsers to block cookies if they choose to.

We will not share/sell any of the above mentioned information with any third party and we will never do so in the future except for the folowing reasons:
